vins, caves coopératives ou leurs filiales commerciales.
- Annonceurs:
1) Tout producteur de vins valablement déclaré comme tel (personne
physique ou morale), et s'inscrivant sur Vin a Vendre.com comme tel.
2) Toute
cave coopérative et filiale commerciale représentant légalement des producteurs
et ayant toute l'autorité nécessaire afin de ce servir de Vin a Vendre.com.
La cave coopérative ou la filiale commerciale agissant
au nom de ses clients vignerons est responsable de la bonne
utilisation du site et des annonces qu'elle y diffuse.
La cave
coopérative ou la filiale commerciale s'engage a premiere demande, a fournir
tous les justificatifs prouvant de son droit de représentation pour le compte
de son client.
- Visiteurs:
Toute personne, particulier comme professionnel, se servant
une ou plusieurs fois de Vin a Vendre.com, étant inscrite ou non dans les bases
du site.
Annonceurs et Visiteurs pourront également et indifféremment etre appelés
< clients >.

fournies dans l'annonce. L'annonceur s'engage a remplir le plus méticuleusement
et convenablement possible tous les champs de tous les formulaires d'inscription.
Ceci dans un souci de total transparence tant envers les visiteurs, que pour
Vin a Vendre.com. L'annonceur s'engage a mettre a jour régulierement ses annonces,

al nome dei suoi clienti vignaioli é responsabile della buona utilizzazione
del sito e degli annunci che diffonde. La cantina cooperativa o la filiale
commerciale s'impegna a prima domanda, di fornire tutti i giustificativi
che provano del suo diritto di rappresentazione per il conto del suo cliente.
3) Visitatori : Ogni persona, particolare come professionista, servendosi

sulla giustezza delle informazioni fornite nell'annuncio. L'inserzionista s'impegna
di riempire il piu precisamente e correttamente possibile, tutti i campi di
tutti i formulari de inscrizione. Questo in una preoccupazione di totale trasparenza
tanto verso i visitatori che per Vinavendre.com. L'inserzionista s'impegna
di mettere regolarmente a giorno i suoi annunci, di seguire i contatti ottenuti

del buon funzionamento del sito.
